Complaints

Complaints are accepted by e-mail at kontakt@nieruchomek.pl or in writing to
the address above. Please quote your report reference number. We respond
within 14 days — see §8 of the Terms of Service.

Withdrawal from the contract

If the report has not been generated yet, you have 14 days to withdraw
from the contract without giving a reason. A model form is provided in §7 of
the Terms. If the report cannot be generated, we refund you automatically —
no request needed.

When placing an order you tick a separate consent to begin performance
immediately after payment. That is why the right of withdrawal expires once
the finished report has been delivered — this follows from Art. 38(1)(1)
and Art. 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, and is how any
immediately performed service works. The report is usually ready within
tens of minutes (maximum expected time 24 hours — see §5(2) of the Terms),
so in practice that moment usually arrives the same day.
